Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to show for an appointment without letting us know at least 24 hours before, will result that we will no longer be able to take bookings from you without a 50% deposit being paid upfront, and we do require 50% of the total service price for the appointment that you have failed to attend.
